How the limit works

Your plan covers cars advertised at one time. Mark a car sold or withdraw its advert to free a space for your next vehicle. Pending review adverts also reserve a space. You are not limited to that many new cars over the whole month.

Monthly plans cover forecourt cars. Your buyers contact your business directly to arrange viewings, discuss offers and agree the sale. Auction fees remain separate.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes. Manage billing in your trader account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period, so cancel before your next renewal. Stripe shows any immediate payment or credit before you confirm a plan change. Reduce your active subscription adverts before choosing a smaller plan.

What happens when my plan ends?

Adverts funded by your subscription are saved as drafts when paid access ends. Your car details and uploaded photos stay in your account. Separately paid adverts are unaffected. You can choose another plan or pay the normal listing fee to submit them again.

Can I still pay for a single advert?

Yes. Forecourt adverts remain £25 each without a subscription, with no buyer fee. Monthly plan checkout is available to approved motor traders. Joining Carveya is free.

What do these prices include?

The displayed base monthly price excludes VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout and each renewal. Your total is shown before you agree. There is no setup fee or additional Carveya listing charge for cars within the plan allowance. Joining is free. Auction listing and buyer fees are separate.
